Executive résumé

A résumé built for the way senior hiring actually reads it

An executive résumé has two readers with opposite needs. The recruiter gives it six seconds and needs the fit to be obvious. The hiring committee gives it ten minutes and needs the evidence to hold up. Most résumés serve neither.

How we work

  1. Positioning first. A working session on the roles you're targeting and the story that connects your record to them. Nothing is written until this is settled.
  2. Evidence gathering. A structured interview to surface the results, scale and decisions that belong on the page: revenue, headcount, P&L, transformations, exits, the numbers you'd cite in a board meeting.
  3. Draft. Achievement-led, two pages for most executives, three where the record justifies it. Written in your voice, not a template's.
  4. Review and revision. You read it as the recruiter and as the committee. We revise until both readers are served.
  5. Alignment. LinkedIn, bio and board profile brought into line so every document tells the same story.

What you will not get

Objective statements, skills clouds, a page of responsibilities, or a design that fights the applicant-tracking systems most large employers still run. Executive résumés are discarded for those reasons every day.

Market-specific formats

A US résumé, a UK or European CV and a board profile are different documents. For executives targeting another market we write to that market's convention, in partnership with Career Solutions Global.
